Rating for Jingo

The basics of rating is, if you win, your rating goes up. If you lose, it goes down.
If you beat someone who is better than you, you will get more points than beating someone who is worse. Similarly, if you lose to someone who is worse than you, you will lose more points than if you lost to a better player. You start with 1000 points.
